Show Gear were contracted directly to Beijing for all of their stand requirements with a stand alone AV system and linked into the meeting clock system for the handover ceremony. From Routes perspective Beijing appointed Show Gear somewhat last minute, yet delivered exceptional performances throughout the event and helped to produce a smooth, well choreographed handover ceremony.
